CKMN Mini Movers Program Information
Our only program specifically designed for ages 2-5, this fitness-based class includes stretching, exercises and activities, and rhythm-based movement through music and storytelling. We focus on core strength, balance, and agility, working to improve gross motor skills and cognitive development.

Our bodies are designed to MOVE! From X-jumps and tumble trains to cool-down and quiet time, kids are engaged and having fun, all while building strength and body awareness.
