Miss Rebecca

Rebecca Davidson is a lifelong performing artist and movement educator with over 18 years of professional experience in dance, musical theatre, and yoga. She has performed and choreographed across the country in ballet companies, regional theatre productions, and contemporary dance projects. Her classical ballet foundation comes from Vaganova training at the Ballet Academy of Baltimore, complemented by experience in jazz, tap, lyrical, and character dance. In musical theatre, Rebecca has performed in and choreographed numerous productions, bringing storytelling to life through movement.
As a certified RYT-500+ yoga teacher, Rebecca integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness into her teaching, creating a supportive and engaging environment for young dancers. She believes in building strong, flexible bodies while fostering creativity, confidence, and joy in movement. Her classes for children ages 3-10 blend the discipline of dance with the playful, exploratory nature of yoga, helping students develop coordination, musicality, and self-expression.
Rebecca is deeply passionate about making dance, theatre, and movement education inclusive and accessible for all children. Whether in the ballet studio or on the yoga mat, she strives to nurture a love of movement in every student, meeting them where they are and encouraging them to shine.
Miss Angelica

Angelica is the Artistic Director of Equilibrium Dance Academy and Equilibrium Dance Company. She is a Philadelphia native who studied dance at Temple University in the Boyer College of Music and Dance where she received her BFA (2012) and MA (2015) degrees in dance. At Temple University, Angelica concentrated in Modern, Jazz and Improvisational Dance. Along with continuing her dance education, Angelica has taught at many dance studios in the Philadelphia area and performed for numerous dance companies, such as Philly Sirens, ContempraDance Company and Steven Welsh/SWERVE. She has also performed on The Q Show featured on FOX 29. Angelica’s intense tap dance training began at the Young Performers Theater Camp where she took tap class every day for six weeks during the summer. She attended this dance program for six years. Her training continued with such notable teachers as Jacob Guzman and David Guzman, who both starred in the Broadway musical Newsies. Angelica has showcased her tap skills at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and for the Garden State Festival. She has choreographed dances that were featured at Temple University, Disney World, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Spring UP Dance Festival, Flair Festival and the ETC Performance Series.
Miss Kelly

Kelly is a local to the Philadelphia area with a love of bringing joy and peace through movement of the body. As a child Kelly was very active in dance, theater and comes from a musically talented family with many musicians and her mom also being a dancer and fitness instructor growing up. Her first ever job at age 15 was teaching dance to ages 2-14 at a summer camp with her mom. She has a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from University of Massachusetts. Kelly has worked throughout her career in various facets of public health and wellness including being a Nutritionist for the Philadelphia WIC program. Kelly has completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Palo Santo Wellness and is currently obtaining her Barre certification. Kelly has taught yoga in several different capacities and to a wide range of ages and teaches at various private studios, gymsand has taught chair yoga at the local library. When not in the studio you can find her taking some kind of fitness class, watching the Phils or Eagles and trying new restaurants with friends.
