Born and raised in Buffalo, I’m an avid Buffalo Bills fan, always cheering for my team! I’ve been passionate about movement from a young age, beginning with dance and I’ve spent many years exploring various sports. Having coached preschool soccer in the past, I’m thrilled to share my love for dance and yoga with young learners.
Alongside my teaching, I’ve also gained experience working with multiple dance competitions over the years. When I’m not teaching or creating, I love to hike and explore the outdoors. There’s nothing quite like finding peace and inspiration in nature.
