Payment Information

Class pricing is listed on flyers in your child's daycare center/ school and on your area's Class Portal page. 

​

6-week Summer Sessions and 8 & 12-week school year sessions are billed per session, and pricing/break weeks listed below do not apply.

 

Full Season Classes:

Payments are broken down into 9 equal monthly payments, with your first month's payment due at the time of registration. Our Season dates are area-specific. Depending on the start of your school year, classes may run Mid-August through early May or Early September through the end of May.

Dance: 45-minute weekly classes

Yoga: 30-minute weekly classes

If your child participates in both dance and yoga classes, a 10% combo discount will be applied. (Please Note: Not all childcare centers participate in both programs).

Children participating in dance will have an additional costume fee due in November and a recital fee due in February. Our Dance page has more recital information.

Payment due date: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $5 late fee will be applied to payments made after the 15th of the month. If you enroll in autopay, your payment will be deducted on the 1st day of the month. 

In order for your child to continue class, tuition payments cannot fall more than two months behind.

Pro-rated tuition: The only times payment will be pro-rated is if your child enrolls after the 1st week of class or if class is canceled due to instructor absence and no make-up is scheduled. There are no makeup classes or discounted tuition for missed classes due to family vacations, doctor's appointments, or illness. If your child misses multiple classes in a month due to serious illness or surgery, you may email your child's Program Director for a pro-rated tuition. Please note that a doctor's excuse may be required.

Dropping class: If your child discontinues their class before its scheduled end date, you must email your child's Program Director to drop them from the class, and tuition must be paid to date. Please note that if they are a dance student and it is after recital fees have been paid, the fees are non-refundable.

Multi-child Discounts:

10% off for second child

15% off for third child

​

Late Fee: Tuition is due on the first of the month for full-season classes or at the start of any session classes. Tuition more than 15 days past due will have a $5.00 late fee applied.

​Break weeks: We follow public school schedules for class break weeks. Please visit your area's page for break details. These break weeks have been taken into consideration in determining tuition rates and there are no tuition discounts applied to months with break weeks.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS / INSTRUCTOR ABSENCES:

Each class is allotted 1 weather-related cancellation. If your child's school is closed due to weather, there will be NO class makeup and no tuition discount. A makeup class will be scheduled for any additional weather events.

Classes cancelled due to instructor absence will be rescheduled on an agreed upon date.
