Hi, my name is Stephanie!

With 20 years as a yoga instructor and 15 years of dance teacher, I am passionate about sharing movement, mindfulness, and creativity with young children. My mission is to provide a nurturing space where children can explore their bodies, minds, and emotions through engaging and joyful self expression. I combine storytelling, music, and imaginative play to make movement both fun and developmentally appropriate, encouraging children to express themselves freely, and develop a deep connection to their emotional, physical, and mindful well being. I hope to give them lifelong tools for self-care, emotional regulation, and creative expression.
